Tobique Valley Community Health Centre and the District of Tobique Valley have partnered on a recruitment initiative to attract healthcare professionals to the region. As part of this effort, Mayor Tom Eagles, District of Tobique Valley welcome Nurse Practitioner Kiersten Nissen Mulherin to the Community Health Centre in Plaster Rock.
