The Pavilion

Located on the tranquil Roulston Lake is this beautiful venue for any type of event you'd like to host. From birthday parties, to weddings, enjoy this space with a beautiful backdrop of nature.

      1000 person occupancy - standing only

700 person occupancy - chairs only

       460 person occupancy - tables & chairs

Price List

Up to Five hours - $25.00/hour plus tax.

Damage Deposit (this will be refunded to you after the event, provided there are no damages) - $25.00/hour no tax.


Full Day - $250.00 plus tax.

Damage Deposit (this will be refunded to you after the event, provided there are no damages)- $250.00 no tax.


If you choose to have tables and chairs there is a set-up fee of $50.00 as well as $.60/chair and $5.00/table.

Things you should know

  • Once tables and chairs are delivered to the Pavilion, it is the renters responsibility for their security. Should tables and chairs go missing or be destroyed, the renter will forfeit a portion, or all, of the damage deposit depending on the cost of the replacement. Should replacement cost more than the damage deposit, the renter will be responsible for the full financial loss at whatever the replacement cost is at the time. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • There is no smoking inside of the Pavilion. 
  • To have alcoholic beverages on the premises, you must first obtain permission from Council and obtain a Special Events Liquor License. No homemade alcoholic products or BYOB are permitted on site.
